All Poleverized tricks are achieved only after extensive practise starting with basic moves & tricks & focusing heavily on core strength areas to obtain safe & achievable outcomes.
An extreme Upright Booma This shows the incredible strength required to maintain a safe & secure position on the pole using only your underarm area & outer thigh for grip.

Baby Rockeris an extreme advanced pole move not for the faint hearted. This move requires an amazing amount of strength & the grip that is applied has to be faultless.  A Reverse Flip Chopper. Standing with your back in front of the pole, with the correct positioning of the lats & shoulder, this move takes incredible strength & highlights just how strong your abdomanal muscles are. This is an advanced move & may take some time to master, once inverted upright the key to this being lovely is being able to maintain many positions from upright to exit. Totally conrolling this move from floor to trick to exit

The Harp. Combining the strength of arms & upper torso. This trick when executed correctly can look absolutly amazing & is very empowering move to acheive, Its a definate sign of how far the dancer is coming along. 
The Lightening Strike. An intermediate pole trick that begins with trusting yourself to use the strength of our arms and shoulders. To befgin we crucifix, lower the left hand, turn slightly inwards & take the back leg off. 
This is an extended version of the Lightening Strike. An Extreme Lightening Strike, lowering the ankle that is attatched to the pole to the hand. A very powerfull trick & one thats very rewarding. Strength & trust go hand in hand on this one. 
The Drunken Buddha. An extreme pole trick. The legs have to be placed in the correct position as this can be very painful if done incorrectly. The strength for this move comes from the power of our legs & the oblique's. 
Judi's Lap Girl. This can be done in a staitionary position, exiting from other moves or done from side to side to use the strength in your shoulders & abdominal. 
A Vertical Booma. This is an extreme trick as we are completely using the one side of the pole, the strength comes through the shoulders & stomach muscles to keep the legs upright. This can be uncomfortable if performed incorrectly. Hands should be low before bowing over to the vertical position. 
Superman. But I would like to call this Super Woman! Usually performed in a combination of moves to allow us ease of maneuvering into this position. Gripping with the inner thighs & controlling with the right arm this move can look spectacular. Once again an advanced move that is best done with a trained professionally qualified instructor. 
An Extreme Vertical. Holding this position upright for more than 3 seconds is key to this looking fabulous. Practice makes perfect where this ones concerned. To exit either land feet first or go back up into other tricks.
